1. Universite Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships

Universite Paris-Saclay aims to increase the number of qualified international students enrolled in its Master’s degree programs offered by its faculties. Also,  component institutions, and affiliated universities, focusing on those who hope to advance their education to the doctoral level through research.

Furthermore, Graduate students at Universite Paris-Saclay can receive these awards for one or two years of study. Also, depending on their entry level (M1 or M2) and the number of credits they need to graduate.

2. University of Aveiro Portugal International Scholarships

The most effective strategy for assisting international students in realizing their goals, of receiving an education at an institution outside their home countries. To achieve this is to create scholarship opportunities for students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. 

Scholarships are made available annually by the University of Aveiro (UA). Hence,  and are only given to students who meet the requirements deemed acceptable by the university. Undoubtedly, The University of Aveiro is the largest and most prestigious of the public universities in the city of Aveiro in Portugal. 3. Fully Funded Foreign Scholarships in Guinea for 2025/2026: Emile Boutmy Scholarship in France

This award was established by Science Po and given its current name in honor of the person who founded the organization. However, Through the scholarship program, the best international students from countries not members of the European Union.  Thus, will be allowed to study in France on a full scholarship.

Additionally, The scholarship is given to students who have a solid academic profile. Also, who have been accepted into either the undergraduate or master’s program, and come from a country that is not a member of the European Union. Also, whose families do not have to file taxes in any of the countries that are a part of the European Union.

4. Carnegie Mellon Portugal Ph.D. Scholarships

A Doctor of Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon The Scholarship has formed a partnership with the Fundaco para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT). To provide the most advantageous Scholarship possible to those individuals who aspire to earn a Doctorate from a Portugal University.

Furthermore, The winning applicant will have their university expenses covered for the four years of their education. Hence, The mission of the Carnegie scholarship is to advance the state of society and the globe in information and communications technology (ICT).

5. Fully Funded Foreign Scholarships in Guinea for 2025/2026: Eiffel Scholarship Program of Excellence

The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, funds this scholarship to encourage excellent international students. Thus, To study in France for their master’s or doctoral degrees. In priority fields, it provides opportunities to students from developing countries. Also, up to 25 for master’s degrees and 30, for postgraduate degrees in developing and developed nations.

6. American University Emerging Global Leader Scholarship

The American University Emerging Global Leader Scholarship is open to academically talented students from outside the United States.  However, Students who have their sights set on earning a bachelor’s degree in the United States.  And who are committed to promoting constructive civic and social change are free to apply. Hence, It is designed for students who plan to enhance under resourced and underprivileged communities in their native country after they have completed their studies abroad and returned home.

Additionally, All expenses payable to AU are covered by the AU EGL scholarship (full tuition, room, and board). The scholarship does not fund non-billable fees such as necessary health insurance, books, airline tickets, and other miscellaneous costs (about $8,000 in total).

It can be renewed for up to four years of undergraduate education, provided the recipient maintains excellent academic achievement.

7. Learn Africa Scholarships in Spain & Portugal (Fully Funded)

The scholarships are intended for exceptionally bright female students who are excited about continuing their education in Spain or Portugal, depending on which country they choose. Working together aims to support and educate African women currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs.

8. UWE Chancellor’s Scholarships for International Students

Scholarships of more than one hundred thousand pounds are made available to students from other countries annually through the University of the West of England in Bristol.

This includes the Chancellor’s Scholarship, which requires the recipient to do an internship within the International Development Office and other departments on campus.

In addition, the recipient will be expected to participate in ambassadorial activities on behalf of the University throughout the program.

9. Fully Funded Foreign Scholarships in Guinea for 2025/2026: Reach Oxford Scholarships 

Students from low income countries, who cannot study for a degree in their home countries due to political or financial constraints.  Or because suitable educational facilities do not exist are eligible to apply for several Reach Oxford scholarships (formerly known as Oxford Student Scholarships), which the University of Oxford awards.

The scholarships are for students pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field other than medicine. This scholarship will pay for your university or college tuition and provide a stipend to help with living expenses and a round-trip plane ticket each year.
